Body weight is determined by age.

you have to try to have a good body weight and avoid the extremes of increasing or losing weight

The calories consumed need to maintain a balance with those used in the normal functions of the internal body,
daily activities and physical activity

BEFORE YOU BEGIN AN EXERCISE PROGRAM, THINK AS   HOW YOU WANT TO FEEL.

Listen to your body and how you feel when you:
sit, move, stand, bend
I recommend that you perform activities such as:
football, bowling, tennis, volleyball or whatever you want, because this gives more energy, reduces stress, maintains a healthy weight

EXERCISE IDEAS FOR HOME: I recommend that you use water bottles to lift weights at home

Walk when you can New movement: I like Plus One: : Try walking more and using stairs instead of elevator

tips:

Exercise with a friend.
 Do exercises you like.
 Make your own exercise goal.

traps:
Thinking it is too hard to do the exercises.
Never trying.
Trying without guidance and support.

not eating too much or eating too little, just enough ,
and the most important thing is to eat well and be happy

at the bottom I leave you a little self-examination that will help you.

self-examination:

*Do you think you read enough?
*Do you think you eat enough fruits and vegetables?
*Do you think you play enough sport or exercise?
*Do you think you drink enough water?
*Do you think you have enough free time?
*Do you think too fast food?
*Do you think you spend a lot of time online?
*Do you think you spend too much money on things you do not need?
*Do you think you work or study for many hours?
*Do you think you have too many clothes?
*Do you think you do too much housework?
*Do you think you have too much homework?

I recommend this exercise routine:
